Plastic signs & plaques

We produce plastic labels by engraving and cutting double-layer plastic. Two-layer plastics are plastic sheets based on microacrylate, which have a core of one colour that defines the colour of the engraving/text, usually white or black, and a thin layer of top colour /white, black, yellow, red, metallic etc/ that defines the background colour of the label or sign. The laser vaporizes the top color to reveal the core color. Due to the excellent processability of the laser, the plastic can be cut without restriction of shape after engraving. The machine first engraves the label and then cuts the holes and shape of the label according to the customer’s requirement. If it is necessary to have the label in colour, the plate can be printed on a UV printer and cut on a laser.

The plaques are available in a variety of colour combinations including metallic, which are an affordable alternative to metal plaques. The labels can be backed with an adhesive layer to facilitate final assembly.
